Leo and Arbor Tech AZ are the Best! I wanted to renovate a turf area in my back yard for several years and finally obtained several proposals. Leo visited twice over several months as I solicited bids and was the most down to earth of everyone. He checked in periodically over the summer while I conducted my research, and his approach was friendly without any pressure. He suggested plants, drew diagrams of renovation layouts, and was the most reasonably priced of all the bids I received. It was a refreshing difference compared to some of the other companies who were pushy and, in some cases, arrogant and grossly overpriced. Other bids provided pricing but lacked specificity and several were significantly more expensive while delivering less. During the project, Leo accommodated adjustments to the plan which made the project even better. In addition to the renovation, I also had his team replace my entire irrigation system and refresh the granite in both my front and back yards. He even met me at the landscaping supply sourcing the granite to view colors given a mismatch between my 20-year-old existing stone and what is currently available. The crew was friendly, professional, and worked diligently to complete the work within the estimated time. Leo is an all-around good guy and I highly recommend him and the Arbor Tech AZ crew.

Leo and his team were great on our recent landscape project (e.g., front yard dry wash from gutters out to sidewalk/street, and catch basins on both sides of the house in rear to collect downspout water and move to rip rap wells in front, light regrading of side yards). Leo was patient and attentive to our changing needs, from design and scoping through installation and completion. We ran into a few design changes based on HOA guidelines, which delayed getting started. However, Leo was able to update the design and help us get to an approved and functional design. We are pleased with the aesthetics of the updates completed and believe they will significantly help improve the drainage of our yard.

I have called Leo with arbor tech on three occasions for large tree work, large cactus work and a major sprinkler system repair/replacement. He and his employees do excellent work. He is also very responsive and offers fair prices. My trees are beautiful and it’s noticeable that a certified arborist pruned them.

Leo Covarrubias and his crew have done an excellent job for us on multiple occasions. We initially consulted with Arbor Tech on a fruit tree that wasn’t doing well and, as a certified arborist, Leo has advised and helped us care for it so it is now thriving. We were so impressed with his skill that we next had him install an irrigation system that has proven very effective. Most recently, he planned and carried out a significant landscaping job that is aesthetically pleasing and will surely increase the value of our property. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the work, which included removal of pavers and concrete, installation of new trees, plants, rock and a drainage system, all completed in less than two days. Leo is always congenial, professional, trustworthy and extremely responsive. He always answers calls, text and emails and responds promptly.
