Israel came out for Ernesto the owner. He is the crew supervisor. He was so nice, and very honest, and gave me the best price by far from all the other five quotes I got that claimed to be reasonably priced. They are now in my contacts list as the people to use for tree removal, pruning/trimming, or planting. They showed up on time and cleaned up surely after removing our dead pine. Don't bother calling anyone else. Call Arbor Pro. I am extremely picky. So if I tell you they are excellent and reasonable, you can take it to the bank.

The best price and service by far. I had an oak cut down and stump/roots grinded. I had them prune another tree and shape up my bushes in the front as well. They were by far the lowest of the 5 estimates I recieved. I definitely will recommend them to my neighbors and whoever reads this review.

This company is too good to be true. Professional, fair priced, prompt, honest, thoughtful. Cleaned up like Cat in the Hat! I thought my giant oak tree was a goner after the storms and Israel came by and restored my faith. He loved my tree as much as I do. So kind. Explained everything. This was the first time in 43 years that I called a vendor from a postcard taped to my gate! They are wonderful and the crew was amazing. Ernesto came by with “SOPHIA” the company dog and you could tell the crew loved her. The office staff was prompt, followed up, answered my calls and everyone was 5 star! Great team of guys! Knocked out 3 big oak trees and a pine pretty quick. Would definitely go with them again. They were the lowest out of the 3 quotes I received. The trees look great, they trimmed exactly how we talked about, and they cleaned everything up like they were never here.

I paid for a tree to be cut down and a stump to be ground down. Good price and hard workers, but the owner ground the stump himself, left the stump 6 inches above the ground, hidden by all the mulch... and told me it was done and to leave a giant pile of mulch in my yard. I figured it wouldn't be a problem, considering I could get rid of the mulch my self if I had to... HOA complained and so I cleaned up the mess and found out the stump was still 6 inches above the ground. I paid this guy 100$ extra dollars from the quote because he said he was losing money.. then he stopped answering my calls, and I have been trying to call for months now.
