Arbor Masters Tree Service

We started hiring tree companies in 2020, to cut down trees. The old home place, had become overgrown with trees. It has been well over 100 trees, counting the 25 Duke had to cut down, because of being butchered. The first 2 companies, were out of business, when they were called again. Third company was a guy with a chain saw and a ladder. That was a nightmare. I had so many people tell me about Arbor Master, so I gave them a call. First call, 4 trees were cut down, Second call, 13 trees were cut down, Third time, last week, I think it was 5 trees cut down, maybe 6, and a massive chessnut tree was trimmed up. Three Flowering Cherry trees were pruned along with a dogwood and tulip tree. All limbs were lowered to the ground, professional all the way. I have to say I had peace of mind, while they were here working. Plus the first time, their bid was lower, never got other bids after that. I just call, they come out, price the job, and days later the cutting date was set. On time and left my yard looking cleaner than when they started. Have some leafs that had fallen. Already planning to get them back out in February to cut two corners full of old trees down. This should have this old home place looking good again. Allowing my beautiful trees that are left, the ability to grow. For all our tree needs Arbor Masters, the only call we will be making.

Arbor Masters did a great job removing 8 trees next to my house. The work was done exactly as we discussed and as scheduled. I was impressed with the minimal damage to the yard due to how large the job was. I would definitely use them again for any tree work.

We needed to have a 90 foot Silver Maple removed from our inaccessible back yard. Arbor Masters Tree Service had the lowest bid, but most important was having to access our yard from my neighbor's yard with minimal damage. They used a spider-lift to remove this huge tree with absolutely no damage at all, and we never signed a contract or paid them anything until the job was complete! They are quite amazing, and I would never let anyone else touch my tree filled yard!

Their service was phenomenal! They communicated effectively during the scheduling process. We were amazed at their team work in getting the job done efficiently and professionally. They had the proper equipment and the men all communicated with each other when cutting down the branches while protecting our house. It also served as great entertainment for a little boy amazed with tractors and big trucks as he ran from window to window to watch the action. We were thoroughly pleased with the results.

Friendly, knowledgeable, & very tidy. First time I gave a opinion everything was great. But needed them 2 weeks later for a tree that was ready to fall onto my garage. Called the owner said she would call me back. She never did. To me this shows Arbor Masters is unreliable. I have since found a different tree service.
