Arbor Masters of Shawnee

Zach and Austin from Arbor Masters provided truly outstanding customer service. They arrived ahead of schedule, quickly cleared up a minor mix-up, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Despite my yard having very tight space, they handled everything professionally and with care. Their excellent service is the reason I would gladly choose Arbor Masters again in the future. I asked them to leave the mulch for me to use for my garden; otherwise, it would have been a clean level ground.

The estimate was pleasant and the price fair. The crew they sent were fantastic. Rafael, Max and Dustin did a fabulous job taking down the tree and cleaning up afterwards. We have trees and landscaping all over the yard and they were great. Rafael is extremely good at his profession, hats off.

Taking down our 70 year old 70+’ pin oak was a daunting task, but not too much for Arbor Masters to handle. They sent us a certified arborist to assess the tree and price our options. We opted to go forward with removal. Because the tree was in the right of way for the power company Arbor Masters coordinated power line disconnection with the power company. The highly skilled crew arrived on time and felled our behemoth. They took great care to level the stump low. per our request and provided comprehensive cleanup. Highly recommend their services for the big and involved jobs like ours. Not the least expensive but definitely highly skilled and reliable.

I would like to personally thank Steve, Jacob, Nick for all their great work in preserving my ash tree in Davenport, IA. They took care to ensure the tree would stay healthy after the trim. They cleared all the dead branches and other vulnerable spots. My front yard looks brand new, now I can finally see sunshine on the front lawn. I will recommend them to friends and family and hope to continue with their trimming and treatment plan to promote the growth and health of my ash tree!

Really good interactions with Arbor Masters. The estimator was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining what needed to be done with trimming our oak tree and why. The crew that came out and did the work was great as well. They were great about explaining what they were going to do and they were quick in doing it. They left the yard looking good and even picked up a small stack of blown down branches that I hadn't had a chance to tie up and put out for the composters. In the end, the tree looked great and matched all expectations when they were done.
