Arbor Masters of Lee’s Summit

The Arbor Masters tree trimming crew is very good. They have the knowledge and experience to trim trees properly. I have used them for years (since 2014?). A few years ago, I opted for a less expensive tree trimming business (in eastern Jackson County) and I paid the price. Their trimming method caused so many branches to die, break and fall with the slightest of breezes (lion’s tail trim). It was a constant yard cleanup of branches, large and small. I will stick with Arbor Masters and pay a little more because of their actual knowledge of trees. The group lead, Micah(?), was excellent. He shared how he could accomplish my needs while balancing the trim with short-term aesthetics or, be a bit more aggressive with the trim if short-term aesthetics were not an issue. I appreciated his desire to optimize my tree trimming needs. Besides a needed trim, my ultimate objective was to get branches away from the house. I was having squirrels access my roof. They’re cute critters but the noise was irritating and had concerns for roof damage. I definitely recommend the tree trimming crew from Arbor Masters.

Arbor Masters did an excellent job trimming my 50+ yr old Oak tree. Great communication with the office's project coordinator, Michelle C. I would definitely use their services again. Efficient crew did an excellent job removing all the dead wood and properly performing a balanced cut. They cleaned up the yard afterwards. Tree looks great again!!!

Arbor Masters and my crew of 3 professionals, Micah, James and Sam, are absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable professional, and efficient. They came with big trucks, wood chippers, and all sorts of equipment to do their job. Together, they discussed a plan for the day and immediately got to work. The trees and bushes in my yard have never looked so good. Also, every single branch/trimming has been cleaned up. I highly recommend this company and crew. I will definitely use them again!

The crew, led by Tom, really knew what they were doing! Absolutely amazing in what they accomplished! Our rotting HUMONGOUS 150+ year old Oak, which was inches away from our home, over our home and over the top of powerlines, was professional and skillfully removed in a day and a half. They left us the wood we wanted and carted off the rest. They raked up the yard debris, and our porch was also cleaned up beautifully of any mess! We were so happy with how they did that we hired them on the spot to take care of a few small elms also. Magnificent job! The guys were all very friendly and polite. I know ones name was James, but I didn't catch the other two. If they can safely remove the tree I had, they can probably do anything! Especially nowadays when it's hard to find people to even show up, this company went above and beyond any expectations, like how people used to want to work! Highly recommend! Very hard working! Awesome!

This is my second time using ArborMasters, this time I didn't even call anyone else. Micah and the crew were fast, efficient and thorough. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they got there. They even raked the street clean. A 60 year old Pin Oak is a big tree and they did a great job. Trimming around the light pole wires and the drooping branches above the roof, gives me peace of mind for the coming winter. Thanks
