I am very satisfied with the work performed by this company. I have used them at least three times. One very large tree removal near my house, general pruning service, tree cabling and tree treatments. I recommend that you consider them for your next job.

I had a sizeable Hackberry tree removed on 12-10-25 by Rudy and Samuel. The tree was just inches from touching a wrought iron fence. I mention that because we had had a similar tree removed by a different company recently and they damaged both the wrought iron fence and a wooden fence...and they would not acknowledge the damage. In contrast, Rudy and Samuel removed the tree with great care and precision and made sure that I observed that there was no damage to the fence. They also did a great cleanup job of the debris both on the grounds as well as my adjacent patio. Plus they were very informative of their work as well as pleasant to talk to. Kudos to them and Arbor Masters. I will definitely be using them again for any removal or triming. I also want to compliment Cory Herpel, Arbor Advisor, who provided comprehensive information and guidance regarding the many trees in our yard, actions we should consider in the future, and arranged this job.

Was disappointed with the overall service with the lack of transparency and promises. Arbor Master was hired to remove a tree stump in my front yard. After the service was completed. There was an exceptional amount of remnants of debris left behind. Reached out to get the issue rectified and was informed by the manager Patrick that someone would come out to haul away some of the excessive debris. 2 days past without anyone addressing my concerns. I spent 4 hours gathering and hauling the debris myself. Also left a message with Cory the Arborist who scheduled my appointment who never returned my call. Totally disappointed I’ll give second thoughts about hiring Arbor Masters.

I recently hired this company for tree work and was impressed. After getting multiple quotes, I found them to be the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all my questions. The crew worked hard, showed up on time, and demonstrated expertise throughout the job. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend this tree service to anyone looking for reliable, skilled professionals at a fair price.

Crew arrived on time. The crew lead introduced himself and we discussed the scope of work. The entire team did an amazing job, not only pruning and trimming, but also cleaning up after they were done. It was almost like my yard was cleaner than before their arrival. Thank you!
