This company came out and took down a dying tree from my front yard. The crew was very nice, efficient, organized and their time management was on point. I’m amazed at how they got it done, cleaned it up and when they left, it looked like they had never been there or my tree. Highly recommend.

I contracted with Steven to install a golf ball barrier net. It took a month to install four poles and the net. It is very difficult to communicate with him since he doesn't return calls or texts. About a week after installation, I told him there was a hole in the net. He said he would repair it but never showed up. Wouldn't return calls or texts for a couple of weeks, then tells me the bucket truck is on a job and he couldn't get it out. This was a lie because the truck was sitting at his house. He told me I was on the list which must be pretty long since that was June and still haven't heard anything and it's October now. He also told me he was going to put on another coat of paint on the poles when I pointed some spots out to him during installation. This never happened and the poles are rusting only 4 months after installation. This guy doesn't answer calls or texts, doesn't complete items he should, and lies about it. I paid this guy $7000 for this shoddy work.

Working with Steven from Arbor Master Tree Care was amazing! First, he worked with our schedule and showed up after 5:00 to walk around the property with us to look at our 7 trees and the issues with them. He really cares about trees and is very knowledgeable working hard to keep them healthy so they can continue to help our environment work efficiently. He also has great attention to detail noticing two trees had deep “Y”s, where the two parts of the tree separate close to the ground, so he tied the two sections together with a cable helping the trees become one unit and lessening the chance for splitting and causing damage. The cables are way up high in the branches; you really have to look closely to see them and once the leaves return they will be invisible. I included those cables in the pictures. He also noticed that one of the trees had roots exposed at the base without any mulch covering and protecting them so he put down a bunch of wood chips for the tree to absorb. I’m obviously not a tree expert, so I hope I’m describing this accurately, but I think you get the idea. Highly recommend Steven and Arbor Master Tree Care for all your tree needs.

Very satisfied with their work. They removed a large oak while preserving a smaller adjacent tree making it a tedious job. Adam was great to work with and his team showed up on time with the right equipment and know-how to get it done, and clean up was great. We’ve already recommended them to neighbors.

The best of the very best tree trimmers! Very professional, polite and reasonable in price. This amazing team of arborist first came to my rescue when a large tree fell on my garage a tear ago last January. They quickly arrived the next day to get the tree off the garage and then covered it with a tarp to protect from snow and ice. Today, while they were at my neighbor's property next door removing a large tree, they were nice enough to take the time to cut down a couple of cedar stumps I had in my flower bed. What a class act! You will be so impressed with Arbor Masters you will use them for all your tree issues.
