Arbor Image Tree Care

The crew from Arbor Image showed up right on time and checked in with me to confirm the tree removal job to be done. They went right to work (after putting out the safety cones and road signs) and were done in an hour, including the time spent to replace the concrete edging blocks surrounding the bed. They did a great job of cleaning up and the result is wonderful.

I called Arbor Image Tree Care because my 20 year old elm looked like it needed help. They came out and looked it over and assured me the tree was in great shape but needed to balance out the limbs and remove the dead ones. They let you know exactly when they will be there and send text messages well in advance so you are never left hanging. With all their equipment, they easily took care of the elm and even trimmed some scrub oaks that were blocking the sun from the back side of the elm. They cleaned up perfectly and showed me what was done and why. I highly recommend Arbor Image Tree Care; I'll be using them again.

Professionalism, communication, execution of the project until completion was like no other I’ve experienced! We chose to replace a leaning tree vs. the bracing option. Their onsite team work was so impressive especially for our tight space! We will only use Arbor Image going forward!

Great communication! They treated my Elm tree for elm bore with a pollinator friendly treatment and they used a growth regulator for 3 large oak trees that are a bit close to my house. They will be doing a lot of trimming and removal later this winter. Shaun is very knowledgeable arborist and I am looking forward to them helping me to maintain my trees on 3 acers.

Tree trimming work itself was great, however, Arbor Image charged our credit card for hundreds more than the contract, and has refused to make an adjustment. Our contract contained a discount for the work to be performed in the winter. However, the company called us and wanted to do the work now, in the fall, to which we were OK with. They use a slick scheme where the deposit is done via the internet using a credit card, and then automatically hit your card again for what they feel is the balance. Be careful in dealing with them.
