We had some limbs overhanging our roof and a couple of pine trees that needed to come down . Thomas, Josh and their crew at Arbor Docs did an outstanding job taking down the trees, limbing the overhanging branches and cleaning up the mess. They even did some additional pruning they saw we needed at no extra charge. All of the crew were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and hard working. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them for your tree maintenance!

I have had the team from Arbor Docs out to our house several times to do tree work. They are very methodical and work to get the job done safely and professionally. If I need tree work done again, these are the guys I'll be calling.

We hired this company to work at our lake home. They were a little cheaper than the company who we wanted to use, but they could get to it quicker. Let me say that we are absolutely disgusted with the final result. Oil stains all over the driveway And ruts through our yard are what we are left with. They cleaned up, decent enough, but also destroyed many of our neighbors trees in their process of removing ours. Very, very unprofessional while on site. The younger gentleman who was in the tree, constantly yelling vulgar insults at the older gentleman who we hired. Very disrespectful. There’s nothing we can do at this point besides fixing our yard and having our driveway cleaned and Seale coated to forget this experience. Word of caution. Always hire with your gut feeling. Stay away from these guys.

Thomas Is an amazing and knowledgeable arborist. Hoppes Tree Service is now Arbor Docs. And tree Doctors they are! I had 3 major trees that had to come down. One would have crashed into my bedroom and the other would have destroyed my dock. 2 difficult to remove trees! Tom and Josh took down the one by my home by climbing and cutting and then it fell perfectly. The one by the water needed some brains. They climbed and trimmed and then had to make it fall without destroying my and my neighbors dock. With extra roping and carabiners they strategically made it fall exactly where they wanted. Perfection! You need tree service? Go with Tom & Josh at Arbor Docs! You won’t be sorry!

We used Arbor Docs at Franklin County Animal Hospital after a large tree came down during the recent ice storm, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely responsive, came out quickly to assess the situation, and provided a fair and honest estimate. The team was prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. They made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and we’re very pleased with their work. Highly recommend — great people and great service!
