Jay and the crew did an excellent job. They cut down some dangerous trees that were hanging over my fence and were danger to the house. Very efficient and experienced. hi, would definitely recommend them for any kind of tree service. They are an excellent company.
There are many jobs that I would love to try, but not this one! Cutting trees, especially the height of the one that I witnessed today, is dangerous work that requires exact professionalism and skill. Arbor Authority, a licensed tree cutting service in Banks and Jackson Counties, is the company that I used. They were better than timely; they actually completed the job before anticipated! They were exact with where the trees fell and they did an amazing job of cleanup. They are friendly and efficient, and Jay makes sure that he spends as much time with his clients as they need. If you are looking to cut any trees down in your yard, Arbor Authority is the way to go! I would recommend them without reservation.
We contacted Arbor Authority to have numerous trees taken down on our property. Working with them was amazing from getting the initial estimate till the job was completed. They were timely, helpful, hard working, and professional. All qualities that are hard to find in companies today. Also, their fees are very reasonable! Jay (the crew foreman) was attentive and easy to communicate with and he would return calls promptly. After using another tree service in the past, I will not hesitate to use Arbor Authority in the future. Thanks Jay and crew!
Jay and his group have taken down trees at our home on 3 different occasions now and they are absolutely the best and most professional tree service in our area!
Recently had AA come to do a very challenging tree removal project for us. Secured 4 outside bids before deciding to use AA. One of the other bidders saw the magnitude of the job and actually recommended them. They did an excellent job. High level of professionalism and expertise. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would do and they left our property clean and in great shape after 5 very difficult tree removals. Highly recommend them!!
