APM Tree Service In Port Murray

I chose to use this company because of the amazing reviews. I regret that decision! While they removed the tree in my yard they destroyed my greenhouse in the process. They did not say anything until i came outside and saw the entire back frame broken as well as the glass and some shelving inside. They also mangled a portion of my garden fence. I have literally been waiting weeks for them to fix it and have been getting nothing but excuses. Even the tree removal took longer than they said and they kept putting it off. If you have things in your yard that you don’t want destroyed don’t use them. No accountability, they will give you the run around to get it resolved and literally lie to you about it. There was also a vine growing up the tree that needed removal. It got caught in another smaller tree and they left it there. I have been calling for literal weeks with no resolution. Only lies and excuses

My experience with APM was all positive. Everyone I spoke with were above & beyond very nice & helpful thru the whole project! They also completely cleaned up the area where the tree was & it was done faster than I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Apm Tree Service was outstanding from start to finish! They made me, a first time home owner, feel comfortable with the work. The climber was freaking awesome—skillful, confident, and a pleasure to watch in action. I caught myself staring and watching a lot of the work as a few spots were right near my neighbors fences and I was initially worried. I worked with Grant who negotiated fairly, ensuring we got a great deal. After completing the work, they cleaned up, leaving our yard spotless. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with APM Tree Service after a storm and needed emergency assistance with two trees falling on part of our home. We contacted them and their wonderful office staff reassured us that we would be taken care of. From start to finish the salesman and the crews were quick, professional and efficient and gave us a much appreciated deal in price. We will never be able to thank them enough!! We will always recommend them to any and everybody!!

This tree service company is cutting a tree in our neighbors yard. They have blocked our driveway for a full 2 days, after being asked to move their truck for our furniture delivery. They never moved their truck out of the way. We have had to reschedule twice already and pay for 2 separate delivery charges because the company we hired can not access our own driveway and garage. They are actively jumping in and out of our yard over our fence. They have not asked to block our driveway, they have not asked for permission to come into my yard. Very inconsiderate workers and company. I have restrained from calling the police as to not cause any additional problems for the workers themselves. It’s not very hard to be considerate of others. Work in a neighbors yard should not impede on the workers that I need to access my own property. Would not recommend this company.
