He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave us a clear path forward. Thankfully, the issue wasn’t a disease that could affect our other trees, which was a huge relief. The following day, his team came out and spent half a day grooming the trees in both our front and back yards. Everything we had discussed with Matthew was handled exactly as promised. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job—not just with the tree work, but also with the cleanup. When they left, the yard looked fantastic. Matthew Lovelace and his crew from Apex Arbor Specialists were amazing. They did a beautiful job removing 3 giant dead trees, trimming back some post oaks, and taking out dangerous, dangling limbs that were high up in our oak trees. Matthew came and was polite, knowledgeable, and professional assessing what our trees needed, gave us a bid for the job, and did everything we agreed upon at the price we agreed upon. His crew was highly professional, polite, and worked incredibly hard all day until evening to finish the job. They even went above and beyond what was requested and even picked up and hauled away many large limbs that were under a tree they were going to trim which they didn’t have to do. We will hire them again due to their knowledge, politeness, professionalism, attention to detail and pride in their work from Matthew on down to his crew. Our property looks beautiful from their hard work.

Matthew and his crew did a great job of taking down and removing a very old and very big ash tree that was dying. They cleaned up the area extremely well and completed the work in a timely fashion just as was promised. I will definitely use them again as the need arises.
