Lane was outstanding, in all regards. His quote was fair, timely, and his work was thorough and professional. Due to my home configuration, getting a lift into my backyard was not feasible. I have never seen a tree trim company use rope climbing to get to where he needed to. He sure did that, w ease and safety. Amazing to watch. He trimmed an extensive overhang from a neighbor's tree, thinned out crepe myrtle from another neighbor, pruned five juvenile trees, and a more mature tree. He collaborated fully, making sure I was happy with the plan, the cuts. We discussed what was good fir the trees, fostering their long term health. And, as a bonus, he suggested and I agreed, to leave a higher branch on the one w overhang. That branch also housed a squirrel nest. They absolutely cleaned all debris. I am Very Pleased with the appearance of the trees, satisfied that he safeguarded the trees, and happy the squirrel nest is safe. And they cleaned up every leaf. Not inexpensive, but reasonable. We had a bad storm rip through our area and took a tree down in my back yard. I called around to several different companies, all were very busy, but when I called Lane at Amerson Tree Care he said “I’ll be there!” He worked all that day and kept his promise and made it to my home by dusk. He was quick and professional. What I respected most is he kept his word. I’m sure he was exhausted, he had been removing trees off peoples houses all day but still managed to come and take care of mine when he could have definitely pushed it to the next day. We would highly recommend Lane and crew if you need tree work. Communication was great, ready to work prior to time stated (nice for folks to be timely), actual sawing and clean up was better than we imagined and cost was more than appropriate for all the work done on our huge oaks. He also worked with us to get things done in a timely manner. We appreciate a job extremely well done and will be calling them again!
