Jesus and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time (early) They were friendly, helpful, let me ask them questions while they were working. They did an incredible job trimming and fertilizing our Pine tree, trimming our Green meadow tree, they removed the palm trees from our back yard. They cleaned up and left our yard cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend American Eagle Tree Service. I recently hired American Eagle Tree Service to trim a huge pine tree that was touching the house and creating a mess for my family. I called on a Tuesday morning and Jesus came by that day and gave me a quote. Next day morning Jesus and his team came on time at 8am and was done by 3:30pm. Super professional and efficient. From start to finish, the experience was great. They offer competitive price , arrived on time, and the crew was very experienced, they paid close attention, not to damage any of the property, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Overgrown ficus tree that was growing into my place when I moved in in 2018. Went on yelp to request estimates from a list of places, and Jesus was the first to respond and was here to inspect the tree within a few hours. He gave his opinion about how the tree needed to be massively reduced. Got a very reasonable estimate from him (similar to a few other estimates I had gotten and $1000 cheaper than a few others). Decided to go with Jesus since I knew as the owner he would be at the job and not just sending a crew over. He also used to work for the city and knew the regulations. They even suggested doing it on a day when there was street cleaning which made sense and also put up signs the night before to tell people not to park there the next morning. Started at 8am and done by noon!! Bear in mind this was a massive ficus tree that all other companies I had talked to said it would take a whole day and some even said they would have to come back the following day to finish off. They also did a great job cleaning up. Will be using them again when this tree needs to be trimmed again in 1.5-2 years. Very impressed and highly recommended! I even ran into the HOA company manager on my way back to my place because they did such a good job. They came again this year today re-trim and again did an excellent job and cleaned everything up as usual. I will be using them again.
