They use top of the line equipment. Beautiful, clean trucks in front of your house. Employees in high-viz outfits, with hardhats, ear-protection, radios, etc. This is a first-class operation. Tyler and Ryan are masters of the equipment, and of their craft. I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they removed my fallen tree. In addition to being proficient, they were courteous and polite. American Arbor made a frustrating and stressful insurance claim much easier. You won't regret giving them your business.

This was just the best job we have ever had done. We had to take 3 trees down getting ready to build a garage. They were so courteous and quick. They cleaned everything up when done. If we ever had to take another tree down we would never use anyone else. Just fantastic !

American Arbor did a wonderful job. They stayed with a problematic tree that I think others would have had to walk away from. Different circumstances delayed the project (high winds, etc). It all started as many stories did this March with damage to my mother's house due to a large limb breaking under the weight of ice from a storm. They came out the very next day, removed the limb and sealed her roof nice and tight with a tarp. The limb had punched many large holes through her roof. The largest was about ten inches in diameter. Her insurance company was nervous because many out-of-state companies had come to the area within days of the storm and we're gouging consumers with outrageous bills. I insured the adjuster that American Arbor was a very reputable company, had done work for me before, was well rooted in the area and had been trustworthy in the past. The people working for and with American Arbor are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, highly trained and seem to really enjoy what they do. Unfortunately this old oak had passed it's prime and reached the stage where even with the dead wood trimmed out of it, it was going to keep dropping heavy limbs onto her house. I had American Arbor come back to remove the tree. They even saved the saw log for me. They lifted it up over the house and loaded it onto my flatbed trailer so I could haul it to a local mill. It will become a dining room table or two, a couple coffee table, several end tables and maybe a bar top. American Arbor continues to be the first place I call when a tree is too complicated for me to handle.

We asked American Arbor to cut down and remove 15 trees, as well as trim trees over the electric lines. The trees were about 100 feet tall. They removed 5 stumps. They did a great job of cutting done the trees, trimming branches and clean up and removal. It was a very big job and they nailed it! Thank you.
