No number of stars would be enough to express the profound gratitude I have toward Altaview Tree Service and Brenda. It started with a nightmare. We could do nothing as we watched a tree fall onto our new deck. Worse still, another tree broke near the stump and leaned toward our house. A lone, skinny tree branch high up on another tree was the only thing holding it back. And because of the windstorm that just hit our area, every tree service was busy and couldn't come out on the day of the incident. Finally, three long, sleepless days later, we had several tree services, along with Brenda from Altaview, come out and give us a quote to take down the leaning tree and clean up the fallen tree. We chose Altaview Tree Service for its competitive price and flexibility, but most of all, we felt that Brenda really cared about our situation. Brenda was very friendly and empathetic. I truly felt as if she cared about the situation as much as I did. She was trying to see if she could get her crew to come to our house that same day after they finished their job, but it was getting late, and with safety concerns with the leaning tree, she offered to try to work on it the next day after talking to her customers. Fortunately, she could squeeze us in for the next day after working with her customers to reschedule non-emergency work. Her crew came earlier than expected the next day and worked through the rain to cut it down. The team of five or six people was very professional and very organized. We worked with Altaview Tree Service for the emergency tree removal, the fallen tree clean-up, other dead tree, and branch removals, and stump grinding. Every step of the way, Brenda and her crew were exceptional and professional, and the depth of gratitude I cannot express enough. We bought our house because we had a backyard forest, and now, I'll be checking in with Brenda every couple of years to do some maintenance work. I can't imagine going anywhere for our tree needs except for Altaview Tree Service.

No one wants to pay to have trees cut down but if you have to do it- these are your guys. I really liked them a lot , so professional, 6 guys showed up, got everything down, cleared and cleaned. Just super. Brenda was also wonderful. They were always on time, everything was done so efficiently. I highly recommend them. Before and after.

Altaview was amazing to work with! Brenda was so organized with the permits and processes. They removed a very large (70-80 ft) dead tree and trimmed a huge maple. They were timely, efficient, professional, and very kind. They even cleaned up a lot of the debris and everything is so tidy. I got quotes from multiple company's and Altaview's prices were extremely reasonable, and they were so much more personable than anyone else. I would (and will) hire them again for any tree removal, pruning, or maintenance services going forward!!!

Great company! Brenda and her team did a marvelous job from the estimate visit to doing great work, cleaning everything up and taking care to not to harm any surrounding plants.
