Outstanding service from top to bottom. Julien came out to give me a quote, and I felt really comfortable with his knowledge level and how he told me their procedures. Jennifer kept me in the loop, leading up to our scheduled day. Ivan and his crew were right on time, and just really nice people. Alpha group laid out plywood so as little damage was done to my yard as possible. They had my 80’ tree down in a couple of hours. The branches and limbs were chipped, and the area cleaned up. They even got a huge, dead branch out of the top of some other trees on my property. Julien came back later and ground the stump with Ivan and another worker. Removed all the debris, and leveled the ground. They picked up their gear and made sure to clean up the area. They even made sure that the street was cleaned up of debris. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Great workers, great attitude! Thanks again to all for their top notch service!

I book this appointment before that last tropical storm that we had. I was told that they were a little behind as they should be, because of the past storms we had. I love how the office communicates with you about your appointment and when the crew will arrive. But they did an awesome job. Greatly appreciated 💜

My whole experience with Alphatree service was great. Julian came out for the estimate, gave me recommendations. Weather became an issue but; he was able to get my job done the next day. The cutting as well as the stump crew were great. They took care not to damage anything by laying plywood on the grass so there machines wouldn’t tear up the yard and protected my patio. I recently had Alpha Tree Service cut down a 70 foot oak tree that was less than a foot from my vinyl fence. Within three hours the job was completely done to include clean up and hauling away of the tree limbs and logs. They were amazing!
