All Season Tree Care

This was a very strange experience with All Season Tree Care. Initially, I was happy with the service, as the quote seemed reasonable for the job ($2,200), and Dave's crew came out to begin the removal process within a couple of days. That's about the end of the good news. The bad news: 1) after them getting the tree off of my roof, I had to keep badgering them for days to come back and finish the job (cutting up the fallen wood); 2) Dave said that they would be leaving a "stump". Apparently his definition of a stump is different than mine, as they left an almost four foot high base of the tree behind; 3) I'd asked Dave about a half dozen times for an invoice, so that I could provide that to my insurance company to get reimbursed. Left numerous messages requesting this. One never materialized. Thankfully my insurance company paid out enough to cover the cost regardless. But horrible customer service from All Season. Would not use again.

The owner Dave is responsive to messages, when he says he is going to do the job, he does it or he keeps you informed if changes happen. The prices are good, he is willing to work with you and he cleans up after the job is completed. I definitely recommend All Season Tree Care. 5 Stars!

For all of your tree services, THIS is the company you need! We had a complete disaster on our hands and ALL SEASON TREE CARE in West Sacramento, was there to save the day! Not all heroes wear capes, but I am convinced that the owner, wears one -- his crew swooped in and handled our tree emergency within MINUTES. We are so grateful to find hard working, efficient, and a truly honest company. We loved their work so much, that we hired them TWICE. I plan to use the company in the future and highly recommend their service to anyone that needs tree work on their property. Dave's wife handles all payment and is incredibly friendly, understanding, and will guide you along the process. Your search has ended in finding THE BEST tree service...give them a call -- you will be very happy you did! Another great job done by Dave and his team! I have the hugest oak tree in my backyard and All Season Tree Service is my go-to whenever I have to have it maintained. Yesterday’s service was in line with what I have experienced with all past services — The best rates, good communication, on-time service, friendly workers, and a thorough job trimming that monster of a tree! Additionally, they cleaned off the roof and gutters, raked and blew my yard, as well as cleaned up any mess made in both of my side neighbors yards. I will continue to use their services, and highly recommend them!

Dave gave me an estimate that same day and he followed up later that week. They removed 2 trees and trimmed another. Very professional service and my yard was cleaner than it was before the job. I gave cash for my payment and he gave me some back for paying cash! Thank you! Definitely recommend this company. I will use them again.
