Like another review someone posted the owner has a hard time taking responsibility and doing what he said he was going to do after his crew damaged my gutter on my house. I have contacted via email and haven't gotten a response in 3 weeks. I have tried calling and the owner doesn't answer the phone. Branches were removed that were over top of the house and while doing so they damaged my gutter. This work was done in mid September. Owner told me to get a quote and he's going to take care of it and Im still waiting. We're approaching 3 months since his company damaged my house. Outside of a reasonable price this company doesn't stand on business and fully take responsibility for their mistakes.
lack of accepting responsibility when it comes to damaged property. First day, they got a good chunk of the tree top removed, but not all. We run into our first issue. Within the first hour (thankfully we were just getting ready to leave and caught it) with one of the first large branches, they just let it fall, no tension on whatever lines they did have up. Got a nice dent in the wheel well cover to our trailer. This was witnessed first hand and the taller guy with the curly hair turned and looked my partner dead in the eye as they both knew someone screwed up. Before we leave he tells the crew that we know the rain has caused issues in their scheduling but please dont rush and be careful with our property. He says he thought the trailer would be moved. Id say somewhat fair, but the very slight inkling of them saying yes was missed when I asked if it needed to be removed the day prior and once that window was missed, we didnt really have the time or weather in our favor without tearing up our yard- message attached. Anywho, we were headed out and we came back to a burst rivet, scratches, bent trailer skins and a light completely off and scattered across the yard. All in one day, not off to a great start. They were told and the next morning, who i assume is supposed to be the crew supervisor apologized and said they would be more careful and hes talked to his guys. Didn't help. This day we get them laying the large cuts of the pole of the tree on the trailer and possibly dropped. I could have my days mixed up without checking the notes I took of this whole thing. Either way, still no care for personal property and too rushed of a job. We are getting to the good part but ill put this minor complaint of the food waste and trash left in the yard for my dogs to get. Water bottles, chip bags, banana peels hidden and rotting, drink powder patches, and a few other items but you get the gist. Also moved the trailer without notice and the tongue is sunk down and stuck in the dirt because they didnt put the block down to rest it on, thank. The next issue. it had been raining during the last stages of this tree removal, so a few days later when the dirt had dried up, we noticed a puddle still by the back fence and the dogs had been going to it for days without us being able to call them back or go out to grab them... so the hole was dug up a bit, and it was a burst sewer line 2/3 inches below dirt and right by the tree stumps. I reached out and let them know of the potential issue so if it came down to it, they would help with cost or file it under their insurance (didnt bring that up yet) but their response was essentially that if its that shallow then the city should be responsible. That's not how it works though I do agree thats too shallow. City said theirs not a requirement for our residential lines. Initially the crew didnt have the lines on their mapping so luckily the manager did because they were lateral lines. Originally they asked if we could get All Out to grind the stumps more and then they would come and try to pull them out. I believe we shot for the friday Aug 1 but we wanted to hold off by the day prior due to the city not trying to wait any longer and by that point, if i could get it for free after paying for a lot of trouble, I'd rather wait. Meanwhile my poor neighbors house is backed up since the line burst. All around, wouldn't use again. Yes the tree portion was a goodish job, but the property damage, lack of taking responsibility, etc deserves a one star. I reached out on August 13th letting her know that I was going to get the trailer quoted for repair and asked if it could send them the quote to either pay for the damages or run through their insurance. I have yet to receive a response or even have the message read. Could I be blocked? Dont know. Trailer is getting quoted and repaired and I suppose I will just have to take it to court. Theres the pros and cons. Good for tree removal but rush jobs and no care for personal property, deny responsibility, and ignore your attempts to have the damages fixed.
All Out Tree Service did a fantastic job cutting down 4 giant problem trees for us. Philip gave me a quote on Tuesday, they showed up Thursday morning and did it in one day. The crew knew what they were doing so it all went smoothly. Me and my 2 neighbors are happy not to have to deal with them anymore. No more gumballs. I would definitely recommend them.
Great work all around removing trees, grinding stumps, and trimming tree limbs. I would use them again when I need more work done and would recommend them without hesitation. A+, responsive owner and team lead, good value, and professional while working on my property.
I contracted this company to come to my home and do three things - remove a tree, grind the stump and take away ALL debris. The tree removal and stump grinding were quick and awesome. The problem I had was that they didn't remove all the debris. I spoke to them twice about removing all the debris from the stump grinding so I could plant a tree. After numerous texts and phone calls they state that they will not do anything further. For tree removal and stump grinding they were great. But the removing ALL the debris they are sorely lacking. I guess they're not going to honor the contract I signed with them. Be wary if dealing with them.
