I had three full-grown trees removed, along with stump and root grinding. However, the subcontractor they used to grind the stumps and roots did not complete the job properly. Although I called to have the service finished, it has been over a month, and the roots that were supposed to be ground down still remain. When they ground the tree trunks, they spread the trimmings across my lawn, covering the roots that were supposed to be removed as well. After reaching out to Alabama Tree Service about this issue and receiving no resolution for over a month, I have come to realize that I paid for a service I will not be fully compensated for. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I've worked with Alabma Tree Services twice now in this home, first in 2022 to remove two dead trees when I first moved in, and just a few days ago to remove a tree that was growing too close to my home and threatening the foundation. When I say this crew works fast, I mean this crew works FAST. My recent removal was done in what felt like maybe an hour, and the stump grinding in no time in all. I had them trim my overgrown bushes also for a small additional cost, and they look better than they have in ages. I requested the stump's sawdust to be left behind for mulch, and it was in a neat pile when I returned home from work. I found the prices to be perfectly reasonable both times, and in these times especially, considering the state of things. They are knowledgable about the work and the plants themselves, and I will absolutely be using them when I decide to plant trees again (in more reasonable locations than the previous owners!). Mr. Steele and his son came to my Dad's house to cut down a tree. They were super cool, they did the stump grinder too. Although it was a smaller job, they didn't hesitate to help us out. Definitely recommend this service, they are great!

Wow! These guys showed up on time, worked hard all day, and our yard was transformed! They trimmed up all of our trees and cut down two. It looks amazing! They did an awesome job working together to get the debris loaded up and hauled off throughout the day. At the end of the job, I know they were exhausted but they took the time to clean up every speck! We highly recommend giving Steve and his team a call!
