We needed a 3' diameter stump removed quickly. Alabama Tree Pros came out in one day to give an estimate that was very fair and scheduled the next day for the removal. However, the employee responsible for grinding and removing the stump had two flat tires and was unable to come as scheduled. He called ahead of time and let us know. Very polite. He showed up the next day at 8am as rescheduled and within 30 minutes had the stump completely removed out of the ground. The equipment was very impressive and the operator handled the machinery by remote. Would recommend this company.
T. J. and his crew are The Best! 💕 They took five huge water oak trees from around our house. The trees were very close to our house and the neighbors. The guys were Amazing! It was a big job, so they were here all week and early everyday. They were professional and very friendly. Each person knew exactly what to do and worked hard. When they finished, all the debris was cleared and hauled away, like the trees were never there. No Mess and no damage. We would definitely have T.J. and his crew back for any future work! Absolutely the BEST! Professional, courteous & prompt, from the owner, estimator, administration, and crews. We contacted them at 7am and they were on-site by 8:30am from Birmingham to Crane Hill, AL, 60 miles away for a very difficult climb-only job. Our climber, Bobby Baker, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was up the tree by 9am and did not come down until 3pm. We highly recommend Alabama Tree Pros for any tree needs. They will be our only call for any future needs.
I received a quote from Brian W. on a tree that fell on top of my home, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He provided me a quote I couldn’t turn down! He then informed me that he could have someone out the very next day and he did!!! They were fast and did everything they said they would! I will be using them again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
