Beni and his crew were great! Beni came on site for the initial quote and was super informative and helpful. Great communication throughout the entire process. Crew showed up on time and did excellent work. Removed 6 tall/dead trees near my home in a tight space. Thanks!

Beni had his crew ready and on time. They did an excellent job. They removed two over 90 feet white pine trees that were leaning dangerously toward my house. The area was cleared of all limbs and debris. I would strongly recommend AKA Tree Service!

Updated Review added. I read so many great reviews and was impressed. Here I sit for the 3rd appt still awaiting my tree service. I was given a good price to top tree and did agree to wait a month for being in my area. Month came and went for my appt. Not even a phone call saying not coming. I called several time and we agreed to reschedule another month. That was for yesterday. Again no call no show. I called numerous times, left messages and finally called main number. 2nd call back to main number finally got a call. Was told getting with the GM on job and see if can come yesterday afternoon, 9 granted it did rain, but the follow up or reschedule info could have been done as promised), BUT…would keep me in loop and let me know. Here I sit, again next day with no call no in the loop update, NOTHING…A good deal/price is NOT a good deal if you NEVER call your customers or even bother to let them know your not even coming. This is so disrespectful and not at all good customer service. The kicker is, I have 2 neighbors awaiting to see the type work they do as they all need tree service and tree removals. I caint say I want my name or referrals on this type service. 3rd time NO show, NO call, NO service…wow. I will update the job, service and experience…once the job is ever done. UPDATE: As stated above, I have to update as of now the job was done and completed. I am very pleased and impressed with Devon and the team for a job well done. I was a little worried what yard would look like as I have a lawn company that just finished my lawn that morning. I have to say, the guys left my yard exactly the way they found it and cleaned and hauled off everything. They were very professional, courteous, and did an awesome job.i would recommend AKA Tree Service to anyone. Thank you again Devon and your great team of guys for making a happy customer with a job well done.
