We had Some shrubs trimmed, a Bradford pear tree topped, a row of trees removed and sprayed. Outstanding Job!!! "Grayson Crew", Thank You!! We are VERY Pleased and VERY Happy with the work done.

They did a great job on the tree, but an awful job not damaging ornamental plants on the property (also damaged a neighbor's tree) that they were specifically asked not to damage. After the incident: I spoke to the company, stated that I was not after money, I texted them pictures of the damage and was told "I'll ask the crew" on a Friday afternoon (since I guess customers can't be trusted??) and I still haven't received a reply as of Monday at 11 am (even after me inquiring about a reply AGAIN). They don't seem to care one bit that things were damaged (I haven't heard any apology or anything close to them responding in an appropriate customer service way) and the fact that they're totally ignoring me says a lot about the character of the people at the business. I'm a first-time and definitely last-time customer, basely solely on how they handled things. An apology probably would have sufficed in the first place, but now I can see that they don't care at all. **Update** after posting this the office manager called me and was very nice, she asked how they could make it right and kindly listened to me vent about the issue. I am getting a rebate to replace the Oak Leaf Hydrangea, which I definitely appreciate! I just updated my star rating for them and wanted to be honest about our interaction on here, because someone calling and apologizing and being cool about it really goes a long way.

Carmelo and his crew came out to remove a branch that had fallen on my house (claim call). I asked them to remove two other branches hanging over the house while they were here. He quoted me a very reasonable price and they completed the work (three large branches) removed within a few hours. They did an amazing job, not only with the removal, but with clean up as well. I could not see any evidence that large equipment had been in my yard. I will definitely be calling them again in the future as I have a few more branches that need tending to.

Tuscumbia tornado recovery. Crews were on the scene within a few hours after the storms rolled through clearing roads and working with the city utilities and other contractors to help restore power. Awesome job!!
