Marie and her crew are very professional and efficient they knocked this monster Bush out in less than a couple hours and the next day the stump was gone, a little pricey but I understand that's expensive work. would hire them again or recommend them to anyone

We just had two trees in the backyard of our relatively new home removed to prevent them from damaging our house should they fall during hurricane season. We had decided to go with Affordable Tree Service, Inc., for this job because not only did we feel the quote from the company was very fair, Bill Dixon was wonderful in his communications with us before we decided to sign on with the company. He took his time in explaining the process of tree removal and stump grinding, steps they would take to prevent any underground utilities from getting damaged, and how scheduling would work. Not only was he extremely accessible to speak with us by phone, we had easy exchanges with him via text and email, and he was always very kind, patient, and professional in answering our numerous questions throughout. The members of his crew on the actual day of tree removal were each wonderful too... very nice, easy to speak with, and considerate not just of us but of our neighbors as well. Although Bill and his crew arrived earlier than expected, they waited until the scheduled start time to begin the unavoidably loud process of cutting the trees down and putting the tree parts into a grinder, so that our neighbors would not unnecessarily be disturbed by the noise too early in the morning. It also happened to be one of our two weekly municipal trash pickup days and Bill was wonderful in helping to ensure that none of our or our surrounding neighbors' trash bins would be missed by the trash removal trucks; He advised me that he and his crew are used to moving their company trucks out of the way to avoid any obstruction for the trash pickup trucks, or they would move the trash bins to an area where they would not be missed from being emptied. Sure enough, all went well and everyone's trash was picked up as necessary. We are very happy with their service and feel fortunate that Bill was able to squeeze us into their schedule today (just two days after discussing his quote, which was also provided to us very soon after we requested one) as we had previously expected to wait another week to two before being able to be put on the company schedule. It's so wonderful when the stars align and things go so well schedule- and service-wise. With the above said, we would highly recommend Bill and his Affordable Tree Service company and crew to anyone needing professional tree removal services performed.
