Danny was extremely helpful and assessing the issues with my Red Maple ( Acer Rubrum). He is very good at what he does and he is very clear on what you need to do to fix the issues. Let me start by saying I love my trees and sought out the very best advice, and feel I found it with Danny Lippi and Advanced Tree Care! To better understand the severity of decay in a large cavity at the base of an otherwise gorgeous and seemingly healthy pignut hickory near the site of my new coastal home build, I was referred to Advanced Tree Care by a well-respected arborist who spoke very highly of Chuck and Danny Lippi. While I was hopeful the visit would result in confirmation of the tree’s stability (even with the cavity), the conclusion wasn’t so optimistic. After a thorough and objective evaluation of various aspects of the tree’s structure and health I was explained the truth of the matter. Though outwardly it was compensating well for its handicap, inwardly it was suffering from significant root and trunk decay…basically hollow, with only its outer wall (also compromised) as far up the trunk as Danny was able to perform a sounding. The risk of failure (and therefore collateral damage) during tropical or hurricane winds was high. So, while I was disappointed with the unfavorable report, I’m also very thankful to feel I finally have the information needed to make a *well-informed* decision and move forward with my home build project. In addition, as we walked the property, Danny was so helpful with answering all my other questions and providing an array of insightful tree management tips. And, just as promised, he followed up his visit with links to more helpful information, articles, and other suggestions. I’ve gained a much better appreciation for my little piece of the ecosystem and how to better care for it. I *highly* recommend Advanced Tree Care - thank you, Danny and Chuck, for what y’all do!

We needed an Arborist to come out and inspect a property we wanted to purchase. Daniel came out to inspect the trees on the property. He is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist that is Tree Risk Assessment Qualified. He was wonderful! He gave us some general notes about the trees on the property and recommended we purchase a full report on a specific tree on the property. We were grateful we hired him, he discovered a tree that had internal decay. The report he sent us was very thorough and helpful when we negotiated with the Seller. I would highly recommend hiring him for any tree inspection you may need!!

Danny and Chuck were great. Very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable. I had concerns about a large Live Oak growing up and over my home. They arrived on short notice and thoroughly inspected not only that tree, but all of the trees on my property, including each of my half-dozen citrus trees. They were full of great information and very generous with their time. The next time you want to call a tree trimming or removal service, I highly recommend giving Advanced Tree Care a call first.

I contacted Advanced Tree Care, Inc. because I care about my live oak, and I wanted to make sure that I didn't damage it during a house renovation. I am very glad I paid for their consulting service. I learned more about my tree in 40 minutes than I had the whole time I lived in my home. Danny is very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure for me to speak with him. He introduced me to some building techniques that will protect my tree, and he recommended a couple cuts that will help keep it strong. The nice thing about paying Danny to come give me his opinion is that I know he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I found out that a lot of the recommendations I get from other tree guys are not only unnecessary, but potentially harmful to my tree.
