Action Tree Service

Talk about earning your pay. These guys arrived at 7:30am and worked until 3:30pm in 90 degree heat. They were able to take down 4 trees for us and prune a massive pine. Everything from the initial phone call, to the in person quote to the job itself was 5 stars. I wll be using them again this fall/winter.

When a large tree fell on our house we needed to get it removed so we could cover our new "skylight". A lot of widespread damage was done during the storm and demand for tree service was high. They came back early from vacation and assessed the situation and removed the tree causing as little additional damage as possible.

Action Tree Service took down several trees, disposed of wood, and cleaned up the debris for us.. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with their work. I will definitely call them again when I need tree work. Jesse Gaddy is true to his word and Stephanie, his wife was great to work with on scheduling a visit for us to get an estimate. Very prompt! Highly recommend!

The owner is very knowledgeable about tree work and has a lifetime of hard work invested in his efforts to get the job done the safest and most efficient way possible. To those who think you have a hard physical job to do everyday, think again. It's a MAN'S job! It's very dangerous and physically demanding. I know personally because I have done it for years now and I know what it is to work hard. But if you need anything just call he will try his best to make you happy.

This is the second time they have scheduled on a Friday and didn’t show up nor did they call and tell me they weren’t going to make it out. I waited around for hours past the scheduled time of the estimate and called them and they didn’t answer. Horrible way to run a business. Will not be moving forward with them nor will I ever recommend them. ** The front office lady you are referring to is your wife. She told us her husband would come out and continued to call you “hubby” over the phone instead of by your name. My boyfriend informed her that we had 3 other trees that we would like to add on and I told her I would be home on Friday so I could discuss everything. But nobody ever showed. As far as the dog feces, my dogs use the bathroom outside. Surprise! I wouldn’t have moved forward with you guys anyways due to how you all communicate and set a time to show and still don’t show.
