Able Tree Service, Inc.

Called Able to give me a bid on treating and trimming our birch trees and remove a large stump from our yard. They came right out and gave us a bid. Once I told them to go ahead they had the stump removed the next day. Very professional company. I highly recommend.

Able removed 3 poplar from our yard. One was between the neighbors fence and our fenced food garden. Forrest scaled the tree and managed to drop everything straight down. We left about 20 ft of stump for the birds. Excellent job by all three carborists. I highly recommend this service.

I have had a tree on my property treated for aphids by Able Tree Service for several years, with generally good results, however, this year my tree did not respond to the treatment, and had a bad infestation. I emailed the company to see if they would come back out and look at it. Beverly replied to my email within less than an hour.. to say that she didn't belive that my tree could have aphids, and demanded I send her pictures as proof. I did so, and never heard from her again. I ended up contacting another company to treat my tree.

I had an issue with Beverly who I found quite rude and hostile in the payment process. After receiving my check, it sounds like able tree service lost it and never cashed it. They reached out almost a year later which is fine - I can see they never cashed the check, I'm happy to figure out what happened and make it right. I was disappointed with Beverly's approach here - I found her quite rude, going out of her way to threaten legal action after I had payed through their online portal instead of a check. Frankly, all this bad energy from them after losing track of payment makes me recommend going somewhere else.

Able removed deadwood from a 30’ tree on my property. They ascended with ropes and made cuts to improve the health and appearance of the tree. They also were helpful in helping me determine how much to mulch and water during the summer. The tree is looking much healthier! They did great work for me!
