ABC Tree Monkeys LLC

I was very satisfied with my experience regarding ABC Tree Monkeys LLC. I tried contacting 3 companies to remove a large flowering cherry tree that was near my house that had grown too large, along with a few shrubs and another tree that was dying. One company never replied and another came company came to the house but never got back to me with an estimate. ABC Tree Monkeys replied promptly when i contacted them, came to the house a few days later, provided me with a "ballpark" estimate estimate on the spot, and sent a written estimate within a few days that was the same as the "ballpark" estimate. The estimate described the work to be done and the date the work was to be performed. I felt it was a very fair estimate-it was actually less than I had anticipated-and signed the contract to have the work done. ABC Tree Monkeys emailed a reminder a few days before the date of the job that it was still on track to be completed on the agreed upon date. ABC Tree Monkeys showed up promptly that morning with a small crew of workers. They completed the job of removing 2 trees and two large, overgrown shrubs in only 2 hours. The larger tree was quite close to both the foundation of our house as well as to our septic tank. ABC Tree Monkeys discussed the potential issues with attempting to grind or pull the stumps. I agreed that it was not worth the risk to grind or attempt to pull out the stumps. They did cut the stumps as low to the ground as possible. The crew cleaned up the area well before they left and made sure I was satisfied with the job-which I was. I planted some smaller trees and flowers in the area where the larger tree and shrubs were and attached a few "after" photos. I was quite pleased with the professionalism of ABC Tree Monkeys and would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job at a fair price.

These are literally THE GUYS for tree removal. I have had nothing but an amazing experience working with them start to finish. They worked with my schedule, were fast to respond and worked well with any game plan changes. Cody is an extreme perfectionist and when a small part of my job went awry, he fixed it right away with no haggling or "Oh man that wasn't us" crap. The Tree Monkeys will be the only crew I work with in the future and the only crew I recommend to work with. Fair pricing for exceptional work, and just a complete pleasure to work with from the estimate to the completed work!

ABC Tree Monkeys did an amazing job. My property was surrounded by power lines and tightly spaced. They were able to overcome these obstacles and get the job done swiftly and safely. I would recommend them for tree services of all kinds. Very satisfied customer.

Cody and the crew came out and made quick work of a very tall and dangerous, dead tree trunk. Very professional and excellent work! Excellent cleanup and extra care not to damage the lawn with falling debris and equipment. Also, checked for insect pests while in the upper parts of the tree. We are extremely relieved and very happy! Highest recommendation we can give!!

There is a reason this company is rated so high on Google, which is how I found them. Cara is fantastic, got me scheduled quickly for a quote visit, and she and her husband came together for the visit to my property. They took the time to give me educated answers about the trees and provided options of what I could do (without feeling like a sales push). The quote came quickly, was easy to read, and felt very fair. They also gave me brochures, which felt like it better equipped me to make the choices of what work I could choose to do. I took time to make my decision, so much so that the quote went into sleep mode. What I appreciate is that I wasn't badgered to sign. I had quotes from 3 companies, and this one uniquely stood out due to my experience on the front end of the process. Once I signed, Cara scheduled me right a way for the day/time the work would be done. I was so impressed, as I work full-time, and I was able to plan ahead due to their good notice that was quite a few weeks out. The owner doing the work is fairly direct in conversation which took me off guard a couple of times, but at the end of the day, I appreciate a no-nonsense approach that gets the job done. The helper that came with the owner was terrific - hard worker, and left my property (and my neighbor's property where some debris fell) cleaned up. I have no good access to my property, and the fact this company climbs trees and didn't require being on my neighbor's lawn with a truck was another distinctive. I'd choose this company once again. Responsive, no nonsense, educated, simple quote, simple process, and great work!
