We hired Cody to assess our very large big maple. We are located in a ECA critical slope. He said our tree was indeed diseased and recommended removal. He did the permit request through the city and a few weeks later our permit was approved. What is normally a very difficult process was completely seamless as Cody took care of everything. Seattle Tree Care removed the tree and found a very large heart rot at the base of the tree. Completely hallow and almost 10 feet deep. We are so very grateful that Cody visited our tree to do thorough assessment. We’ve had a few “arborists” come by and do a visual check. They said tree is healthy. It is impossible to truly know that by a 15 minute visual. Seattle Tree Care noticed some decay while pruning the tree and therefore recommended Cody for further assessment. Had it not been for Cody and his expertise, this tree would have eventually come down on our neighbors below creating a huge catastrophe. We highly recommend Cody and Seattle Tree Care for all of your needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We hired Cody to assess a large Lawson Cypress located about about 5 feet from the side of our house and had a WONDERFUL experience working with him. He filed all paperwork with the city for removal of the tree and presented to us a clear, objective report with his findings. I would like share my experience regarding service from ABC Herron Tree. Cody Herron is an independent certified arborist referred by a company that was going cut the trees. My situation is bit complicated. 2 dead trees and another 2 trees are leaning against my home which is in NGPA area which require permission from Snohomish County. Definitely need someone who know what they doing to get the process done. After contacted Cody. He took his time to explain to me how the process work and how much tge reports will cost me. Also his back gound and experience. He have extensive experience working for different local city and county. He is currently employed by King County He came out to on the same weekend, took care the reports within few day and help process the request to Snohomish County for permission to cut down the trees. He know the right people to contact for the process, that make everything goes alot faster. Within 2 weeks. Permission was granted and the trees are cut. When we needed to remove a large Western Hemlock from our property, our arborist recommended consulting with ABC Herron Tree LLC on the permitting.
