It was great working with AA Tree Service- I had over 20 trees cut down and stump grinded, including a huge double oak. I worked with John who meant business when we first met, unlike the other guys I got quotes from who lacked energy completely. The team was scheduled promptly for the job, they came out in less than two weeks after I met John- They arrived around 7:30 in the morning and left around 4. The team worked incredibly fast and efficiently, and they were clean and neat. John was on site several times throughout the day to ensure quality, and was there for the final clean up. I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received and now I look forward to redoing my landscaping come the spring time. I will refer all my friends and family to John and AA Tree Service, and I myself have now found my go to company- All of my future tree projects will be done with AA Tree Service. Thank you again to John and the team! Update: Here we are two weeks later, and I just worked with John and AA Tree Service for the second time- This job involved 15-20 overgrown arborvitaes I had at my investment property. John showed up to ensure quality and the team finished the job within an hour. No mess was left behind and the same great service was provided- Thanks again guys!

Outstanding job!!! The team of 5 took 7 hours to remove 9 trees. 3 of which were huge oaks, each in fairly challenging terrain and very close to our home and sheds. I couldn't be happier with their service, and will definitely use them again if needed in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

They did an amazing job. Very efficient in cutting down and removing a very big Elm tree. The tree was 95 years old and had two trunks. They were extremely professional, they were on time and were very kind and friendly as they did the work in our yard. Their work exceeded our expectations. I will use them in the future for any work that is needed on our property. Many of our neighbors have mentioned they could see how hard and dedicated they worked to remove this tree and have since contracted them to do work in their yards. I appreciated their excellent communication and superior workmanship. They exceeded all my expectations. CJ the estimator was phenomenal. A&A Tree Service did an excellent job removing two large dead trees from my property in New Hampshire. The crew was on time, professional, and left the yard spotless all within about an hour. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and they were very respectful of my property. I also really appreciate their support for military service members and the generous military discount they offer. Highly recommend!

BEWARE — Extremely Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience Our experience with AA Tree Services was one of the most stressful contractor interactions we’ve ever had. The pricing alone was a red flag: the quote changed from $2,600 to $3,000 to $3,400 with no clear explanation. On top of that, the company was not transparent about which neighbors we needed to obtain access permission from. We went back and forth through over 29 emails simply trying to get clarification. While we were waiting for the permit to be issued, CJ repeatedly pressed us about whether we were proceeding with the job—even though we told him multiple times that it was pending permit approval and we’d contact him once it was ready. When we pushed again for clarity on neighbor access, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, essentially saying, “we usually just get the job done,” instead of answering the actual question. It became clear that CJ, the sales rep, was providing quotes the company itself wouldn’t stand behind. The overall communication was disorganized, unclear, and frankly rude. I used AA Tree Services a few years ago and had a positive experience, so I don’t know what changed—but this time around, it felt like dealing with a completely different company. We’ve worked with many contractors, and this has been one of the worst communication experiences we’ve ever had. Reaching anyone other than CJ was nearly impossible, and despite asking multiple times to speak with someone else, the office never responded. At this point, leaving a review is the only way to get this experience on record. Proceed with caution.
