Great service, easy online booking & online payment system and price was affordable. I highly recommend! Getting a quote was fast and easy to schedule. I filled out the request for a free quote online and received a phone call shortly after to provide a date. They came out earlier than expected which was nice. The quote came pretty quickly and I really liked how detailed the photos he took for the client profile. The crew was great got to work right away and hauled what they cut down. They educated me on the tree and making sure I didn’t stress the tree out too bad but cutting too much in one side. My goal was to cut it away from the roof so the squirrels don’t have easy access to our roof. And the second tree grew to the electrical and internet wires so it felt like a Hazard . A1 Tree team that came to remove 2 of our trees was extremely professional, on time, and efficient. Sadly since COVID you don't always get good customer service and I was extremely impressed by the quality of service we got, especially since you beat 2 other bids! Not only did they clean up after themselves, and communicate well >when my husband came home with a box in his arms they asked him if he needed any help. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

We had some minor storm damage to a tree in our backyard, and had A1 come out and deal with that and with some tree trimming as well. The price was fair, the team was great. Couldn't have gone smoother.

I would recommend A1 to anyone. They were amazing! I was actually out of town when the power company could take down the power line for the job. A1 handled everything, including talking to my neighbors when their power had to unexpectedly go down for a bit too. Polite, fast and I came home to a clean and completely finished area. My tree was a HUGE silver maple that they handled with ease. I’m so impressed with them, and my neighbors said the same thing. Definitely hire them!

My neighbor and I share a large elm tree on our lot line. We received 4 bids for trimming the tree to get rid of dead branches and raise the canopy off of both of our roofs. All were companies that were licensed and insured to serve our area in South Minneapolis. All of them scheduled an estimate for the trimming and gave us bids promptly via text message. We chose A1 Tree Services because they employ an arborist and because they arranged to have Excel drop our power lines during the work and return to connect again upon completion. The workers were pleasant, listened to what we wanted done and gave a thorough explanation of what they would do. Our yards were cleared of all debris when the job was completed. We couldn't have asked for more. Job well done and I recommend A1 Tree and Stump removal.
