Great work! They were careful not to damage the surrounding bushes and other trees as they took the trees down and careful with the surrounding structures as well. They cleaned up the property nicely once they were finished. We will call Stepp of Faith Tree Service again and highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Stepp of Faith Tree Service. When two trees fell into my backyard out of the woods, I sent George a text and he was out the same afternoon. I also had a huge pine tree in my front yard that needed to be taken down. He gave me a written estimate for the job which was very reasonable. As soon as I got approval from the ACC for the work, George and his crew were out the next day. The work was done efficiently, exactly as described in the quote, and my Saint Jude statue under that huge pine tree was never touched! Thank you, George, for a super job!

They are not reliable, because they do not show up. They need to work on their customer service. They need a dispatcher and/or more people to help with the daily management of the company.

George and his crew exceeded our expectations. George came out walked my property with me and showed me which trees gave cause for concern. He also explained which trees only needed trimming and which ones should be removed. He gave a written estimate and was very professional. He and his hardworking crew arrived on the date he said he would. They went right to work. No cussing. They cleaned up raked and blew debris picking up all scraps. I am super impressed and would highly recommend them. Thank you again for the great service.
