A Sandoval Tree Service

I called Sandoval Tree Service for a quote to get rid of two trees. Alfredo, went within a day to give us a bid. His price was amazing. They removed the trees that same day because they had an opening. They did such spectacular work in such a short time. I cannot recommend them enough.

Blown away at how quick and professional these guys are. I called at the end of the day right before 4th of July holiday, Giovanni and Nico helped me out and drove through traffic after hours to get the job done. Had all the right tools for the job, were very skilled, fast and friendly. I can’t speak more highly of them. Excellent work and service by these guys.

Tree stump removal, trunk/tree removal. If you have a simple job then these guys may work. If any actual physical work is required- use somebody else. Left stump covered up by shavings. Went to clean up and full stump still there. Called owner, said would have guys come back. They never did. Many failed promises to fix/return. Excuses were you had a fence, in actually They had already cut down my fence all that was left was the stump. Had another palm stump that had bricks in it. They could not remove with the machine, so instead of 2ft removed, I got 6 inches removed and complaints about damaging machine. What the ever happened to hard work...Shovel and pickaxes work just fine.

I don't think I can remember when last I was so disappointed. I very quickly got a quote for trimming our Chinese Elm. Alfredo must have sent the grumpy crew to us on Friday morning. They did not take kindly to my requests to not drag the tree trimmings through our hedges, nor to cover the window as big branches came tumbling down. They only took 7-ft from the tree, and when we questioned it, and asked to cut more from the top, per our quote, everyone got grumpier. Our front yard is full of dents in the DG from big bits falling, the clean up was dreadful. Despite their enormous truck, they filled our green bin. The patio, driveway and neighbor's driveway were full of mess. I would never ever call this tree service again. While the tree looks good, the clean up was dreadful. Alfredo did offer to send someone else to clean up when I called, but I didn't want any other grumpy person to come around, so we did the clean up ourselves.

I recently purchased a home with some serious problem trees. Alfredo was very responsive - he got me a quote & got the job done the same day for me. He took extra care in saving my wall and cleaned up nicely. Couldn’t recommend him & his company enough!
