A & B Tree Expert & Cat rescue

I purchased a home in Danville, VA, and Chris was quick to respond to my Thumbtack query, and provide a price to clear a backyard of a number of trees, steps and saplings that had over grown the back and side yard. He responded quickly with the necessary equipment and cleared the lot in shirt order, grinding eight stumps and removing all of the trees and stacked firewood, leaving a clear back yard. I inquired about gutter cleaning and removed the leaves clogging the downspouts and filling the gutters at a fair if not attractive price. He sent pictures as the day progressed which allowed me to be comfortable with the progress. He takes various forms of payment, so I was able to pay in full via PayPal. I was 300 miles away during the work and never met Chris, but I sure loved his work.

We had just moved in from out of state and had some trees that needed to be tended to. Chris came out and gave us a quote and explained what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with letting us know what was needed. Chris and the crew were very prompt, professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. We had them out on two separate occasions since there were so many things needed and the first trip was more of an emergency since the trees were dead and we had worried about them falling on the house. They have now completed to work and they did a wonderful job and the clean up was great!! We would recommend A&B Tree Expert to anyone. A&B Tree Expert did a superb job removing a half-dead tree from our yard. We got other quotes, but they came in the lowest, and they are licensed and insured. We couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship, communication, and integrity. Chris delivered on everything he promised and was even able to do the work sooner than expected. They left the place tidy and didn't damage anything, even though the tree was overhanging two fences. Chris and his team were polite and considerate of our neighbors too. We will definitely contact them again for tree removal or pruning in the future.

If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. They went to work as soon as they arrived and began the first two of 5 trees to top half way down at a price more reasonable than you will ever find. WE had two trees at the road ready to fall and Chris climbed up on the very top and since the power line was so close he dropped the tree limbs and never touched the line or the pole...fantastic work by him and Dominique....my worries about my trees falling on cars up and down my road are now put to rest. Thank you so very much. Sorry you had to come back this morning since I asked you if you could do that Bradford tree and you did. We have more old pines but with the economy and our social security it will be a while but we will never use anyone but A&B.....always. Chris and his crew did a great job. His pricing is great. He was on time and was done when he said he would be done. They cut down 6 trees and trimmed several more. They cleaned up everything and we are very pleased. We will definitely use them again!
