If a service provider shows up on time, does what they say they’re going to do, and charges a fair price, they could rule the world. Mr. Starr not only excelled in all three, he offered more. We had excellent communications and he was flexible working around rainy weather. His crew was outstanding and their equipment was top-notch. A large oak tree had fallen on my house, and Matt and his team did a perfect job cutting, lifting, and removing the tree and debris. Thank you, Matt, for your excellent service!

Great tree service, they had two pines cut down in one day. The owner was right on time, cleaned everything up, and great to talk to. If I need more.trees done, it will be by 5 star tree service.

5 Starr did a fantastic job removing two large oak trees. One was growing over my roof. The second was over a fence and propane tank. Matt and his crew brought two crane bucket trucks, methodically removed the limbs from the top down and carefully lowered them to the ground to prevent damage. Hauled all away and left things nice and tidy. I also had them grind out the stump near my house, it had an elevated root base probably 12 feet in diameter. Great job. BONUS POINTS: Matt also repaired two sprinkler water lines that were accidently damaged. They were closer to the surface than expected, and we didn't initially see the breaks. Next day I tried the sprinklers and found the breaks. Neither one really Matt's "fault" but he took responsibility and promptly repaired them. GREAT JOB 5-Starr! I can highly recommend them.

What a great company! Matt has grown this company to be the best in all of East Texas, he has every piece of equipment needed to handle any tree job large or small. Tallest bucket trucks for trimming, longest chain saws blades for the biggest trees and excellent workers. He knows how to safely remove any tree no matter where the location and leaves you with a nice clean site. Whether it complete tree removal, light trimming, stump grinding, brush clearing or hauling he can handle it all. I’ve used him multiple times myself and have 6 different neighbors that have been super pleased with his prices and performance. If you’re looking for quality, then you’re looking at 5 Starr
