5 Star Tree Service

Company keeps sending me junk mail about doing work in my neighborhood so I should call them, but I live in an apartment complex. That's 100+ pieces of wasted paper if they're sending them to everyone in the complex, plus it's just a lie. They're not doing any work in my complex and I don't like people who are wasteful and deceitful.

I waited for 7 months for a tree company to remove/grind a pine tree stump in ny front yard in NA. Everyone that I called said I'll have someone call me back. It never happened. I would wait a few days and call them back and they would give me an excuse then tell me they would go by that afternoon and call me back with an estimate. That never happened. Finally I called 5 Star in North Augusta last Saturday. I told them that I had only one stump. I said that I have had a hard time getting one stump removed. They replied that they were on another job but that they would take care of that before going home for the evening. They also quoted me a great price and showed up late afternoon to take care of my problem. Courteous, efficient and thorough. I was delighted and gave them an unexpected $100 tip. If you are on a budget or having a problem getting tree people to just do what they say that they will do, then give these guys a call. They will do what they say, solve your problem and save you money...
